Description
Updated README to give an illustrated guide to setting up Staticman v3. The official docs only covered up to v2.
I've changed "hosted by Staticman" to "powered by Staticman" since this node.js app doesn't require any database storage.
Motivation and Context
To give clear instructions on Staticman setup so as to save user's time and Internet bandwidth by avoiding the emission of 404/500 errors.
