Based on the discussion around #485 in the PR and Compiler BP Call 2024-06-27 this PR proposes text to add the
-fvtable-verifyoption to the list of considered options with an indication of the shortcomings identified by @Flo4152, @thesamesam, @jwakely and @siddhesh.
