Show tooltip on start

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We needed to aware the users where to find bookmark links in a more subtle way than showing bookmarks popup on start.

Describe the solution you'd like
Updated the Button component with "tooltipOnStart" option and exposed it in control option.. When button is clicked tooltip goes back to default behavior.

Describe alternatives you've considered
This might be solved in another way within origo help/guide in the future but I think this looked good especially on mobile devices.

Additional context
Is there interest in a PR for this option on controls like menu, home, measure etc?

Upcoming guide #1831 is a better solution for this in my opinion so I close this
