My profile returns a 404 page

Going to the url https://github.com/ooopx gives me a 404 page.
I can't see the list of people I'm following.
My profile readme isn't showing up even when I'm logged in.
And in every discussion, the upvote button is disabled with the "cannot vote on locked discussion" when the question is unlocked.

My profile isn't set to private, I've checked my settings. I don't understand why my profile has these issues and how I can fix them.
What do I do to make my github profile work normally? What am I missing?
