Preamble

The GNU Affero General Public License is a free, copyleft license for
software and other kinds of works, specifically designed to ensure

0. Definitions.

If the user complied with the Apache license, I don't think they would be obligated to remove the repository / code.

I suggest that you seek legal advice for adding your own terms and reviewing the Apache license usage.
