docs: Update windows instructions #49

With the switch to https://github.com/YosysHQ/oss-cad-suite-build now, there are some changes that need to be reflected in the getting started guide about windows setup.

The guide also assumes knowledge of git, which shouldn't be required. A paragraph about git should be added.
