U5 has symbol for bq24232, but BOM/layout for bq24230 #29

These two parts are functionally similar, but not drop in replacements.

The bq24232 has a Termination Disable, TD, pin. On the bq24230 this pin is used for Current Limit ILIM.

The schematic should be updated with the correct part number and correct pin labelling.
