Refactor Environment class

Summary

• Added error Rollback function decorator and context manager
• Allow Extractor plugins (instead of only SourceExtractor)
• make_converter returns a callable directly instead of a class. Use .get and [] to access classes.
• add make_transform similar to make_converter
