🛠 Fix config files and refactor dfkde

Description

• This PR fixes dfm and dfkde configs, which currently fails due to trying to saving anomaly_maps. We will need to address VisualizerCallback in a follow up PR to properly handle classification task.

• Fixes Check if threshold_offset and threshold_steepness parameters are still needed for DFKDE #325
