Fix visualization

Description

• Provide a summary of the modification as well as the issue that has been resolved. List any dependencies that this modification necessitates.

• Summary of modifications:

  • Fix ImageResult doesn't scale gt_mask to [0,255] if pred_mask is present #414 by checking on self.gt_mask instead of self.pred_mask
  • Fix Visualizer always converts images from RGB to BGR format #415 by shifting color-conversions to the two methods which use cv2, i.e. Visualizer.show and Visualizer.save

• Fixes the following two issues

  • ImageResult doesn't scale gt_mask to [0,255] if pred_mask is present #414
  • Visualizer always converts images from RGB to BGR format #415

Changes

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
