Move initialization log message to base class

Description

This PR moves the model initialization log message to the base anomaly module. Most models only used the logging package for the "Initializing ... model" log message. Moving this log message to the base class results in a cleaner lightning module, enforces consistency, and reduces the effort of implementing a new model.
