[Weighted Shard Routing] Handle specific awareness attribute

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently as part of delete weighted routing api call, weighted routing metadata is cleared off completely from the cluster state without matching the awareness attribute. If weights are set for multiple awareness attributes, then this is not desirable.

In addition to this, the coordinator search request routing logic need to be modified with the awareness attribute to use to make routing decision.

Describe the solution you'd like
Awareness attribute name need to be passed in Path parameter in DELETE api. Service should clear weighted routing metadata for specified awareness attribute.
