To Run Locally

$ npm run install-all
$ npm run build-all
$ npm run start

• Go to https://localhost:8000

To Add Sample Observations and/or Templates

1. Add observation JSON to /mapper_ui/public/sample_observations and create a folder if necessary
2. Similarly, add mustache templates to /mapper_ui/public/sample_templates and create a folder if needed
3. Add reference to /mapper_ui/src/sample_index.json

Add the JSON/template and the reference using the existing format
