The spec includes a link to the examples directory (in this repo). I don't think we have a plan to host versioned examples, but we will likely host different versions of the spec and schema. While we will want to link to (the latest) example data from the website and from the readme in this repo, I don't think it makes sense to link to the examples from the spec itself.
