annotations.md: label schema compatibility table #676

Provided a conversion table to describe the equivalent values between
label-schema.org and OCI image annotations. Some values are clarified.
The human-readable name and description have also been added.

cool cool. and the "name" is presumably not going to have any validation recommendations? or limited to only descriptors?

The name is something like "Ubuntu 17.04" - human readable and no constraints.

Most of these labels are intended for landing on the config itself, except for the ref field.
