This is changes to the governance doc, but they are all superficial, so I'm not sure of the voting requirements for that. The changes are:

  • Email addresses should be enclosed in brackets, same as links.
  • Release approval header missing, replaced with proposing a motion.
  • Replaced runtime-spec with image-spec in examples.
  • Proposing a motion header was in the document twice, renamed.

These are all superficial enough that I think we can probably do the standard two-approve merge (especially since we can easily revert again if we get a post-merge maintainer objection ❤️)
