Suspend/remove me (@Oberon00) as an approver

For quite some time now, I'm unfortunately not really involved with opentelemetry-python anymore. I also don't see this changing in the near future. So I think I can be removed as a python approver, as it doesn't feel right to me to still have this role. Also, my GitHub notifications have a lot of review requests for Python that I don't follow up on anymore these days. 😃

Thank you for doing the removal.

I'm also sad that I have to go for now, but I currently have different responsibilities where working on opentelemetry-python just doesn't fit in my schedule. You'll still see me around in the OpenTelemetry project, e.g. in the spec and Java repositories. I also hope to come back to opentelemetry-python sometime in the future.
