This PR does the following:

  • Refactors the Dockerfile
  • Adds docker-push targe to Makefile among other minor improvements
  • Removes .reuse directory and directly add license headers to files that needed it
  • Refactors GitHub Actions to push images to Aether registry and release images to omecproject in DockerHub
  • Accordingly update the README.md file
