* Translated title string. * There was some word which is too technical for ordinary people. * There was a several inconsistent styles of writing that was not coordinated with the whole. * Increase version number (I forgot it when previous commit).

It's better to see this PR by the Japanese translator who translated 1.0 version if possible.

- 公開 = リリース = Release
- 版 = バージョン = Version
となっているようです。
版は出版物に使われることが多いため、ソースコードを対象としているこの文章ではカタカナの方が意味が通じやすいと思います。

ソフトウェアやライブラリで版とは言わない感じがしますね。
版はどちらかというeditionにあたる言葉な気がしますね。
editionだと1.0(初版)とそれ以外で区別がある気がするので、区別しないバージョンのほうがいいのかなと思いました。
たとえば、macOSだとバージョン 10.15.6のようにバージョンという単語を使っていますね。

edition は「編」と訳される場合も多いようですね。『JST科学技術用語日英対訳辞書』などではたしかに「版」という訳もありますが，「編」という訳もあり，区別できそうです。
また，これは私見ですが，「最新版」と言ったとき，その英訳は latest edition ではなく latest version であることが多い気がします。
JISではソフトウェアに対する version にも，かなりの割合で「版」という訳が充てられており，それを参考にしました（例えばJIS X 4157-3:2008『トピックマップ−第3部：XML構文』，JIS X 7361:2010『Webサービス相互運用性−WS-Iベーシックプロファイル1.1』，JIS X 0621:2015『ユニバーサルディスクフォーマット』など）。
「版」という訳が edition と重なるのであれば，例示した規格票でも用いられている「版数」（これは version というより version number の訳ですが……）を使うのもいいかもしれません。

Upgradeを増強というのは聞き慣れないですね。
機能が増えないUpgrade(Deprecatedを追加するなど)もあるので、増強だと違和感があるような気がします。

たしかに upgrade には「非推奨にする」という行為も含まれていますね。
ただ，その意味での不整合は元の英語でも同じことが言えるのではないかと思います。つまり，grade を up しているのに，実際は機能を削除している訳ですから。
研究社『新英和中辞典』では「品質向上」または「改良」という訳が充てられていますが，どうでしょう。
「改良」は少し不自然ですが，「品質向上」は deprecate を含む upgrade に対する訳語として十分使えるような気がします。
