Fix Unicode mapping

This is the first digital version of Nüshu script, added into Google Fonts Noto Sans typeface family. Please follow this link for more informations: https://github.com/LisaHuang2017/noto-sans-nushu

After this last update in the Unicode mapping data: https://www.unicode.org/L2/L2020/20075-nushu-prop-upd.pdf
The following glyphs needed to be interchanged for their correct shape with the correct Unicode:

• U+1B22A to U+1B23B
• U+1B24B to U+1B268

And U+1B299 have been updated as well (previously a short line on the top, replaced by a dot)
