Implement a install script for an automated installation.
It should provide options to

  • install the scheme file globally
  • specify a custom path to the scheme file
  • increase the verbosity
  • print a help

This includes error- and exit code handling.

The default installation type should be local and the default scheme file is src/xml/nord.xml as implemented in #1.
