Changes proposed in this pull request
Including SDC to improve co-registration between anatomical and functional.
Currently tested only on PEPOLAR (topup)
SyN (fieldmap-less) correction depends on nipreps/sdcflows#312
Other methods still to be tested.
Depends on a docker overhaul (#54 - which is still a wip)
Also contains fixes for #48 and #50 given that they were required for testing.
