Crop out buildings from the city to use

Buildings by night will be provided later. I need to play a little bit before that, because -- as I have just spotted -- in-game clock ticks only when character is in move or doing something. When stays idle by some building, internal clock stops.

I would rather use shader for night, instead of croping it once again. So I think for now there is no need to do that.
