Added new feature:
- semaphore for the lecturer (#2 ) - option to have constant feedback from the audience via 3 options (red, yellow, gree - slow down, ok, speed up) in continuously provided feedback during lecture. Lecturer sees in the corner of presentation current histogram of the audience state.
