Further Information

Integrate the venerable (but still widely used) QDNAseq in nf-core. This is important to add more tools to handle shallow whole-genome sequencing (sWGS).
We already have a prototype working for one of our pipelines so it should be (hopefully) relatively straightforward to adjust for nf-core.

(I plan on working on this during the Barcelona hackathon; I can't find the instructions anymore so I don't remember if I should add it to Projects or not)

Are you going to work on this?
