COC_NO_PLUGINS: disable coc extensions.
NVIM_COC_LOG_LEVEL: set the log level, default info.
NVIM_COC_LOG_FILE: set the path of the log file, it will make the log output to one single file.
XDG_RUNTIME_DIR: set the dir of log files.
