- upgrade autoRIFT's column filter to a chunked version which brings down the memory use by 50% while also improves the runtime by 1-2 mins per Landsat8 pair
- upgrade Geogrid's optical module to a cpp version which has 60x speedup
- a few minor fixes and format changes
