Probabilistic Models for Harmful Algae: Application to the Norwegian Coast

Here are all the codes needed to reproduce the study entitled "Probabilistic Models for Harmful Algae: Application to the Norwegian Coast" published in the Environmental Data Science journal (DOI: https://doi.org/10.1017/eds.2024.11). Codes are written in jupyter notebooks. The Python library used is shown in the /environment.yaml file. The extracted time series database is available in 00_database/db.csv.
