This is a R shiny web app developed for heart (cardiovascular) disease mortality data obtained from a study done in the US from the years 2016 to 2018 (3 year data average). A dynamic choropleth (map design) was developed to display the data in a simpler and understandable form.
The data set used is called: Heart Disease Mortality Data Among US Adults (35+) by State/Territory and County – 2016-2018. It was obtained from the CDC's Chronic Data webpage.
