Add files that rely on an old cdn that isn't online anymore.
Changed the mqp CDN links to refer to in project files.

When using the Musiqpad server some files aren't loaded because the mqp cdn isn't online anymore. I added these files and edited the index.html file to fetch them from inside the project.
This fixes the page displaying incorrectly when setting up a pad.
