Extends 'commentLine' to match consecutive '#'s required to get 'commentEmbeddedDocs' to support both comment blocks and line comments.

Improves 'commentEmbeddedDocs':

Removed duplication between no argument keyword and argument required keyword matches as there is no overlap between the two groups.
corrected order of keywords
Enhanced both matches to start at beginning of line or at point of last match (for 'commentLine')
added requirement for no argument keywords to match only optional space to the end of the line.
