Mostly green, just needs the Dockerfile to be updated and the Windows CUDA worker update to be deployed. |

LGTM, let's just make sure we forget no place where 1.13.1 is needed, and of course, green tests :)
Is there a possibility to have this be updated to work with CUDA 10.1 that has been recently deployed? Thanks! |
