Introduces a slightly modified version of the Advanced Docking System from https://github.com/githubuser0xFFFF/Qt-Advanced-Docking-System, which is more easily stylable, doesn't have as many "lock-ups" as Qt's one, and works better for what we want.
The Advanced Docking System is LGPL licensed, so I've added a note in the root LICENSE file and put in a sub-license in the ADS folder. I think that should be enough to cover the terms required, although I might end up needing to move the ADS to a separate repo.
