Refactoring changes
Added note doubling/halving feature to exceed 255 bpm and go below 32 bpm limits (which does not change tempo)

Turkey Slideshow patch

Broke some defaults so I fixed them.
Also made changes to styling + added an easter egg.

Features so far:

• Parses MML files of 3MLE and MS2MML type
• Renders and plays notes with the power of HTML5 audio
• Playback is authentic, close to what is rendered in-game
