This adds the Nano tracker for OpenCV which gives very good results in my tests and is very fast (compared to other trackers). Requires the 2 onnx models mentioned in the source code.
Unfortunately it seems like there is no way in OpenCV to list the available trackers so I check the OpenCV version.
