Bump version to 1.4.0

It's been a while, and I haven't found much extra time to take care of this project.
But today, I finally had a day to address most of the issues in twstock.

Honestly, if you had just invested your hard-earned money in the stock market
since 2017, you should have seen at least a fourfold return by 2024.
Look at 2330 (TSMC) — it has surged from 215 to 850 in just seven years
during President Tsai's administration.

I must also give a shout-out to the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE). They haven't
made many changes to their APIs over the past seven years since their last upgrade,
which is why this package has been able to survive for so long. Thank you, TWSE!

As President Tsai Ing-wen's term comes to an end,
I sincerely hope that Taiwan continues to thrive in the next four years!
