New Major Release of resty after a complete refactor of the scripts.
Some features has been added such as the --json and -xml flag to set Accept and Content Type of the request, or the ability to define default flags in a resty host file.
The refactor will ease the creation of new feature, and the new test infrastructure ensure that previous one are not broken in the process
