Denarius Minikey to WIF conversion utility

index.html will generate a specified number of Denarius minikey:address pairs
redeem.html will convert Denarius Minikeys to WIF private keys

Both of these pages can be distributed as standalone applications and contain all their required JavaScript and style information.
