Limit line length in the room directory

Because I'd like to be able to scroll the list without staring at a wall of text from the likes of #cybersecurity and #DarkRoute. This will break links (suggestions on what can be done about that), but makes the room directory much more readable.

those lint errors are fixed on experimental

approved with the understanding that this is a useful thing for /develop (and /app) which may be overridden by /experimental in the nearish future.

Hopefully it'll be considered for the new design as well :)
