Final HoloUmoja

Final version created during the master thesis 2022:

• Tutorial menu
• Step-by-step instructions
• Connection with BLE
• Sending and fusing rotation from gyroscope
• Controlling parameters: PRF, depth, blood velocity and angle
• Quiz

Contains build for HoloLens and Arduino, the program can work without the Arduino as well.

HoloUmoja

Initial version of the application created during the preparatory project:

• Uses two Vuforia tracking images
• Welcome UI menu with information about the tracking images
• Sliders and spectrograms menu showing up when tracking of abdominal is first found
• Only the orange part of the abdominal cord is reactive to the ray
• Ultrasound signal uses sin as input
