Liftoff: Phase 1
Per mapbox/hpp-skel#22 and modeled from hpp-skel's liftoff scriptmapbox/hpp-skel#29.
node-cpp-skelis a bit more complex thanhpp-skel, so the customization will look different. Therefore, this script is mainly intended as a way to copynode-cpp-skelto a brand new github repo via a port branch. Further manual customization/cleanup is required depending on intended usecase.This is super rough.
