Initial preview release

First release

• It can take a RGB image and initialize a mesh
• Optimization works correctly is suitable mesh size and regularization values are used
• 1 unit test and 1 demo app

TODO

• Allow splitting squares for better precision
• Validate configurations do make sense
• Improve behavior with small quadrilaterals
