Monitoring LND with check_mk

What to do:

1. Set up Raspberry PI with bitcoind and lnd
2. Set up Raspberry PI with check_mk (i used a second Raspberry for better performance)
3. Install lnd-1.1.mkp on Raspberry with check_mk
4. Install Agent plugin "check_lnd" on Raspberry PI with lnd
