* master: GH-4 Updated docker files for PHP-FPM v5.6, 7.0, 7.1 and 7.2 to have xdebug extension DISABLED by default to prevent possible performance issues with Composer Updated docker files for PHP-FPM v5.6, 7.1 and 7.2 to have xdebug extension enabled by default, but disabled remote connections via ini file, which can be overridden with custom configs via .user.ini file inside the project folder
