i changed the way the data are organized. In particular, I created two folders: input_data and results. in the former go all the data necessary for the training, I symlinked the data contained in the above data folder for clarity (and added a README), while in the latter the results of the calculations

so in this way, one can delete the results folder and avoid cp paste the auxiliary data
