Stanislav (LZ2SLL) has built these SD card images for RaspberryPi containing a clean OpenWebRX+ 1.2.63 installation. The 32bit image should run on all devices except for RPI5. The 64bit image should run on all devices except for RPI1, RPI2, and RPIZero1. Both images support all common SDR devices out of the box. The RTL-SDR and SDRPlay devices have been confirmed to work with no additional modifications to the images.

The images come with no default passwords. You will be asked to create one on the first startup.

Please note that these images come without the software support for digital modes (DMR, NXDN, etc), since the software decoder for these modes (mbelib) has questionable origins. In order to enable digital modes in these images, ssh into the user account you created while installing the image and type:

sudo install-softmbe.sh

PS: The previous batch of images had several problems fixed in this batch:

  1. You should now be able to set root password when flashing the image.
  2. The correct SDRPlay API drivers are included and confirmed to work.
  3. The SoapySDRPlay3 packages have been pinned and won't upgrade on their own.
  4. ACARS decoding should work since acarsdec package has been updated.
