  • add a cell to correct the number of tubes to split in, because it could happen that the number of replicates is odd
  • add cells to account for efficiency curves (for each primer pair); maybe consider the variable: no. of dilutions and their actual concentration

To fix the total number of well adjust with + or - values the extra wells cells `D26`.
