Make lcm intersection(traffic lights) (from v2x spat msgs) fakedata. This program is made for testing intersection velocity planning.

• lcm (https://github.com/lcm-proj/lcm.git)
• You need to make lcm messages(.lcm)

usage

• Can change the offset time btw 3 traffic signals.
• Can change the phase of the traffic signals.
