Lyle's Blazor ChatGPT Demo

This is a simple Blazor Application that create a chatbot window and interacts with the ChatGPT API, using both a direct API call and the more fully-featured OkGoDoIt open source library.

This project should provide a good example of that code and also an example of how to deploy a Blazor application via Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and AZD command line tools.
