fix:
.github/workflows/slack-notification.yml: if the event.action equals 'test-failure', SLACK_COLOR will be set to 'danger' (which represents red in Slack), indicating a failure. Otherwise, SLACK_COLOR will be set to 'good' (which represents green in Slack), indicating success
